To be a good manager in the music industry you need to be organised, excellent with people and have a good understanding of the business as it stands today.

A good manager will bring together the people and projects which meet the goals of the artist and their record company. That goal could be anything from generating a hit or getting a gig at an acclaimed festival. At SO-UK: Music we co-ordinate all aspects of the project, work with individuals and organisations such as event promoters, publicity agents and talent-booking agencies; as well as the artists and record labels that we represent. Our Management style is succinct and protective. With strong contract management skills we put the wellbeing of our artists and musicians at the highest of priorities.

We will drive our artists careers with mentorship, events, negotiations, advice and assistance with fees, payments and riders. Putting the needs of our artists and musicians at the forefront with the support that they need. SO-UK: Music knows the business that we are in. We have relationships with key influencers, promoters broadcasters and record companies. Our friendly, down to earth approach enables us to continue to build upon our network to support our roster.

We truly care about music and continue to build close relationships with our artists and musicians. After all it is their own amazing talents that bring us the music that we love.

We operate with a network of incredibly professional recording studios in London and the South East. With a large network of DJ’s and presenters we are able to plug our artists music. SO-UK: Music has strong relationships with specialist and national radio pluggers for a more holistic approach to marketing and music exploitation.

We have our own pre-production facility to enable our artists to lay down ideas before developing them in a studio. We have DJ facilities that can be used to practice or create mixes for Social Media campaigns. Our facilities will continue to improve as we grow and develop as a company, however our starting point is already incredibly impressive.
